At Emerald Book Store, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. All orders are dispatched from the UK.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): Free on all orders over £30 | £2.99 for orders under £30
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £4.99
International Delivery
- Europe: 5–10 business days | from £7.99
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days | from £9.99

Carriers We ship via Royal Mail and trusted courier partners. The carrier used will depend on your location and the delivery option selected at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.
